About Me

Hi, I'm Jennifer. I've been making pottery since 2008. I started out doing a class at a local community art org and fell in love with it pretty much immediately. I hand build all of this stuff, which means I use an oversized pasta machine to roll out thin slabs of clay and then turn those slabs into various structures and such.

I use porcelain clay, which is strong, very white, and translucent when you hold it up to light. Which is really neat. I mix up my own glazes, which I think is also really neat too.

I love making useful pretty imperfect things.
